You can return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. Return should be sent back to the address of our warehouse: Relab Corp sp. z o.o., ul. Hoffmanowej 19, 35-016 Rzeszów, phone number: +48 882 613 387. You can sent parcel through the shipping carrier: Kurier DHL, InPost, Poczta Polska etc.

Attach the return form to the package, which you can download here (click) or send completed electronically to our mailbox: kontakt@relab.store.

Refunds are made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment.

We ship all orders up to 14 business days. For pre-orders, the shipping time may be longer up to about 30 business days, however, we will inform you in advance.

Domestic parcels are sent via Inpost and DHL (we use also DHL to ship to Germany, Czech Republic and Lithuania), while international parcels are sent via GLS and Polish Parcel Post. 

Exchange for another size is possible, only if we have the right size of clothes in stock. The parcel should be sent to the address of our warehouse: Relab Corp sp. z o.o., ul. Hoffmanowej 19, 35-016 Rzeszów, phone number: +48 882 613 387. In case of size shortage, we will inform you about this situation.
