Below you will find out about the rules for the processing of personal data and cookies by RELAB.

1. General information.

a) this policy applies to the RELAB Store website located at www.relab.store.

b) the Operator of the Store is Relab Corp. z o.o., ul Hanasiewicza 19, 35-103 Rzeszów.

c) The Operator's contact address to which you can send an e-mail is: kontakt@relab.store.

d) The Operator is the administrator of your personal data provided via the Relab Store website.

e) The store carries out the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following way:

    • By entry of data in the following forms: creating a Customer account, in the order form and in the newsletter, they are entered into the Operator's online store system.

    • Through cookie files (so-called "cookies") stored in end-devices.

2. Selected data protection methods applied by the Operator.

a) Areas for entry of your login and personal data are protected at the transmission layer by an SSL certificate. This ensures that your personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on your computer or phone and can only be read on the destination server.

b) Personal data stored in the database are encrypted in such a way, that they can only be read by an operator with a key. Thanks to this, your data is protected in the event of database theft from the server.

c) The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

d) In order to protect your data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.

An important element of data protection is also regular updating of the software used by the Operator for the processing of personal data.

3. Hosting.

The store is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's servers by the: provider:

 The mailbox is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's servers by the: 

- OVH Groupe SA, 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

4. Information on the processing of your personal data in the RELAB store:

a) The administrator of your personal data is Relab Corp sp. z o.o., ul Hanasiewicza 19, 35-103 Rzeszów, e-mail address: kontakt@relab.store.

b) your data will be processed for the purpose of:

    • conclusion and implementation of a contract for the sale of goods and the implementation of the obligations and rights of the parties to the contract, pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 letters b and c of the GDPR. 

    • setting up a Customer Account in the online store, pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 letter b of the GDPR, 

    • sending a newsletter, pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 letter a of the GDPR, i.e. your voluntary consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to kontakt@relab.store or by clicking on the link "Unsubscribe", which you will find at the end of each e-mail from the newsletter.

c) Your data will be made available to: courier companies, banks, payment operators, IT or legal service providers provided to the Administrator and entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.

d) Your data will be stored (depending on the purpose of processing) until: 

    • the end of the retention periods for storage of documentation related to sales and goods in the Relab store,

    • closure of the Customer's account,

    • withdrawal of consent to the sending of the newsletter.

e) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object.

f) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.

g) consent to the processing of your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it makes it impossible (depending on the purpose of data processing) to:

    • enter into a sales contract, including delivery of goods to the address you have provided,

    • set up a Customer Account,

    • receive the newsletter.

5. Information on the processing of your data if you are a user of the RELAB fanpage on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest):

    d) Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 letter f of the GDPR in order to:

    • run a fanpage on the above-mentioned portals by posting entries, photos, videos and replies to comments,

    • contact via the fanpage (including: sending information and "likes"),

    • manage likes, events and comments via the portal.

    e) Your data will be made available to:

    • providers of IT or legal services,

    • entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.

    f) Personal data will be processed until the Company's fanpage on the portal is closed.

    g) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object.

    h) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.

    i) The processing of your personal data is necessary to post information, comments and "likes" on the Relab  fanpage on portals.

6. Information in forms.

a) The Store collects information provided voluntarily by the user in the Customer Account registration form, purchase of a product in the Relab store and subscription to the newsletter list.

b) The Store may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

c) The store, in some cases, may record information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.

7. Administrator logs.

Information on the behaviour of users in the store may be logged. These data are used to administer the store.

8. Relevant marketing techniques.

The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics and Ads Conversion Tag (Google Inc. based in the USA).  Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc. based in the USA), TikTok Pixel (TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited based in the UK), Pinterest Pixel (Pinterest, Inc., based in the  USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. For information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool:

9. Information about cookies.

a) The store uses cookie files.

b) Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Store User and are intended for use of the store's web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.

c) The entity that places cookies on the Store User's end device and obtains access to them is the Store operator.

d) Cookie files are used:

- to remember the contents of the basket for the duration of the session,

- to create anonymous statistics of website visits;

- for you to be logged in to the Store's website from each of the available subpages,

- to inform you about the possibility of completing an order;

- to secure your internet session.

e) The Store uses two basic types of cookie files: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

f) Web browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Store users can change the settings in this regard. The web browser enables the deletion of cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this subject can be found in the help or documentation of the web browser.

g) Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Store's website.

h) The website uses a queuing system to distribute user traffic on the website on several servers in order to speed up response time.

i) Cookies placed on the Store User's end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Store operator, in particular, this applies to the companies: Google (Google Inc. based in the US), Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the US), Twitter (Twitter Inc. based in the US),  Pinterest (Pinterest Inc. based in the USA), TikTok (based in the UK).

10. Managing cookies – how to express and withdraw consent in practice?

a) If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can change the settings of your browser. The website reserves the right to disable the use of cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, maintaining user preferences, which may make it difficult to use the website.

b) The use of cookies for the purposes of storing information and accessing information stored in the user's telecommunications end device is allowed provided that you consent to such use of cookies. When you open the first page of the RELAB Website, you can express or decline your consent to such use of cookies. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, in particular by clearing the cookie history and disabling cookies in the browser settings.
