a) This policy applies to the RELAB online store website, at www.relab.store.

b) The Store Operator is Relab Corp sp. z o.o., ul. Hanasiewicza 19, 35-103 Rzeszów.

d) The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data provided via the Relab Store website.

e) The store performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following manner:

- By entering data in the forms: creating a Customer account, in the order form and newsletter, they are entered into the Operator's online store system.

For the sake of clarity and accessibility, we have divided the Privacy Policy into two parts:

PART ONE COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

a. Necessary cookies

- Necessary cookies help make a website usable by enabling basic functions such as page navigation and access to secure areas of the website. The website cannot function properly without these cookies.

We do not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. - If you have logged into one of the above-mentioned social networking sites before visiting our Website, its owner will be able to directly assign your visit to our Website to your profile on that site.

The legal basis for our use of essential cookies (indicated above) is our legitimate interest, i.e. the right to run a Website supporting our business, and the need to maintain its security. The legal basis for our use of other cookies is your consent.

Your data from cookies will be processed and stored depending on the period of use of the above-described IT technologies Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Pixel, etc. or until you withdraw your consent in this regard. In the cookie management panel of the Cookiebot tool visible again on the Shop's website, after deleting cookies, or after entering the Shop's website in the so-called incognito mode, you can check how long specific cookies store information. 

5. Automated decision-making. Profiling. 

Our use of cookies, especially for behavioral advertising purposes, may involve so-called profiling. This means that we can create a user profile based on the information collected (e.g. e-mail address, order history, type of device, technology used, frequency of visits) and, on this basis, formulate purchase forecasts for the future. This allows us to make decisions about what content (including advertisements) to display on our and other websites. Your data as a user of the Online Store website is subject to profiling, but this will not cause any legal consequences for you.

PART TWO: OTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF WEBSITE USERS

1. Selected data protection methods used by the Store Operator.

a) Your login and personal data entry points are protected in the transmission layer by an SSL certificate. Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on your computer or phone and can only be read on the target server.

b) Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator with the key can read it. Thanks to this, your data is protected in case of attempts to steal the database from the server.

c) The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

d) In order to protect your data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.

An important element of data protection is also the regular updating of the software used by the Operator to process personal data.

3. Information about the processing of your personal data in the RELAB store:

a) The Administrator of your personal data is Relab Corp sp. z o. o.,

b) The Administrator, via the Store's website, collects and processes your personal data transferred for the purposes indicated in point 3 letter c of Part Two of the Privacy Policy, such as:

- name and surname,

- address,

- e-mail address,

- phone number.

c) Your data will be processed for the purpose of:

- concluding and implementing the goods sale agreement and implementing the obligations and rights of the parties to the agreement, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b and c of the GDPR, including user service via the contact form and Internet messengers.

- setting up a Customer Account in the online store, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR,

- sending the newsletter, based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR, i.e. your voluntary consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link, which you will find at the end of each e-mail with the newsletter.

d) Your data will be made available to: courier companies, banks, payment operators, providers of IT or legal services provided to the Administrator, hosting companies on an entrusted basis, insurers, accounting offices, comment system operators, online chat messenger operators, authorized employees and associates of the Operator who use the data to achieve the purpose of the Store's operation, companies providing marketing services to the Store Operator, as well as entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law.

e) Your data will be stored (depending on the purpose of processing):

- in the event of conclusion and performance of the agreement – ​​until the end of the storage periods for documentation related to the sale of goods in the Relab store, i.e. for a period of 5 years, counted from the beginning of the year following the year to which the sales documents relate,

- in the event of setting up a Customer Account - until it is closed,

- in the event of sending a newsletter - until you withdraw your consent to sending the newsletter.

f) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete ("the right to be forgotten"), limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object.

h) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

i) The processing of your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will prevent you from doing so (depending on the purpose of data processing):

- to conclude a sales contract, including the delivery of goods to the address indicated by you,

- setting up a Customer Account,

- receiving the newsletter.

    d) The Administrator, via the Company's fan page, collects and processes your personal data provided for the purpose indicated in point 4 letter e of Part Two of the Privacy Policy, such as:

    e) Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR for the purpose of:

      - running a fan page on the above-mentioned portals by placing entries, photos, videos and replies to comments there,

      - contact via the fan page (including: sending information and "likes"),

      - managing likes, events and comments via the portal.

    f) Your data will be shared:

      - with IT or legal service providers,

     - with entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law.

    g) Personal data will be processed until the Company's fan page is closed on the portal.

    h) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object

    The processing of your personal data is necessary to post information, comments and "likes" on the Relab fan page on portals.

    5. Information in forms.

    a) The store collects information provided voluntarily by the user in the Customer Account registration form, product purchase in the Relab store and subscription to the newsletter list.

    b) The store may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

    c) The store, in some cases, may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the url address of the page containing the form.

    Information about user behavior in the store may be subject to logging. This data is used to administer the store.
