RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
If you place an order on relab.store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You bear the cost of returning goods as part of the contract withdrawal. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments or personal returns to our warehouse.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
An exchange for a different size is possible only if it is available in our warehouse. Ship the item to our warehouse address: Relab Corp sp. z o.o., ul. Hoffmanowej 19, 35-016 Rzeszów, phone number: +48 882 613 387. If the size is not available, we will inform you. You can download the exchange form (here). Please include it in the package.

- The Seller is obliged to provide Customers who are consumers or entrepreneurs with consumer rights, goods that comply with the Sales Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended - hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer Rights Act"). The Seller is liable to such Customers for non-compliance of the goods with the Sales Agreement on the terms resulting from the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller's liability to entrepreneurs for defects in goods is excluded.
- A complaint may be submitted by the Customer in writing to the address Relab Corp sp. z o.o., ul. Hoffmanowej 19, 35-016 Rzeszów, phone number: +48 882 613 387, with the note "Complaint" or by sending the content of the complaint via e-mail to the address: [email protected].
- The complaint submission should include in particular: a) name and surname, b) correspondence address, c) e-mail address to which a response to the complaint should be sent, if the Customer wishes to receive a response via e-mail, d) type of complained product, e) a detailed description of the defect and the date it was detected, f) date of purchase of the product, g) Customer's request, h) preferred method of informing the Customer about the way the complaint is handled, i) proof of purchase (this may be a copy of the receipt, a copy of the invoice, a printout from the payment card, or other proof).
The above content regarding the complaint submission is only an example, which the Customer does not have to use and does not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended complaint description.

- A customer who exercises the right to the Seller's liability for non-compliance of the goods with the Sales Agreement, consisting of an exchange or repair, will make the goods available to the Seller for collection. The Seller does not accept parcels sent on delivery.
- The Seller shall consider and respond to the complaint promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission, and will inform the Customer about the way it is handled by sending information in accordance with the data indicated in the complaint submission.
