To ensure clarity and accessibility, we have divided the Privacy Policy into two sections:
Cookies and other technologies
Other processing of personal data relating to users of the Website.
PART ONE: COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
The online shop uses cookies and other similar technologies to understand how users interact with our website and for marketing purposes, including to enable the display of advertisements to users on other websites. Cookies are also used to tailor the content of the Shop’s website to the user’s preferences, to optimise the user experience, and to keep the user logged in on every subsequent page of the Shop,
Cookies are pieces of data, specifically text files, which are stored on the Shop User’s device and are intended for use on the Shop’s websites. Cookies usually include the name of the web page they come from, storage time on the User’s device and a unique number.
The entity that places cookies on the end-user’s device and accesses them is the Shop Operator.
Some cookies are essential for the Shop’s website to function. In all other instances, you can consent to the use of cookies when you first visit the Shop’s website. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies (or any other cookies apart from those that are strictly necessary) without your consent.
You can change your cookie settings at any time by selecting the relevant options or by adjusting your browser settings. Software used to browse web pages (a web browser) usually enables the storage of cookie files on the User’s device by default. Users of the Shop can change their settings in this regard. Web browsers make it possible to remove cookie files. It is also possible to automatically block cookie files. Detailed information on this subject can be found in the help function or in the documentation of your web browser. You can always return to the cookie consent management panel by using the Cookiebot toolbar, which reappears on the Shop’s website after you have deleted your cookies, or by visiting the Shop’s website in incognito mode.
If you block specific cookies after having previously consented to them, this will be regarded as a withdrawal of consent and will mean that we will no longer process your data in this regard. Restricting the use of cookies may affect certain features available on the Shop’s website.
The Shop’s website uses a load-balancing system, which distributes user traffic across several servers in order to improve response times. You can read more about how the queuing system works at https://www.cloudflare.com/pl-pl/
The Shop’s website uses two main types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. Session cookies are temporary files, stored on the User’s device until the User logs out, leaves the web page or disables relevant software (the web browser). Persistent cookie files are stored on the User’s device throughout the time specified in cookie files parameters or until cookies are removed by the User.
Below you can read exactly which cookies we use and to which companies your data may therefore be disclosed.
1. What cookies do we use?
a. Essential cookies
Essential cookies contribute to the usability of the website by enabling basic functions such as website navigation and access to secure areas of the website. The website cannot function properly without these cookies.
Essential cookies are used to remember the contents of your basket for the duration of your session, to compile anonymous website traffic statistics, to ensure you remain logged in to the Shop’s website from any of its subpages, to notify you when you can complete your order, and to secure your web session.
For this purpose, we use the Cookiebot tool, which stores your privacy settings. This shows whether or not you have consented to the use of specific types of cookies on our website.
Other essential cookies on the Shop’s website are used to ensure it functions properly and to manage it.
b. Statistical cookies.
Statistical cookies help website owners understand how different users behave on the site by collecting and reporting anonymous information.
We use tools that collect statistical data, which help us understand how users interact with the Shop’s website. The data we receive from these tools does not provide us with information about a specific individual, and we do not link it to any other data you provide to us.
c. Preference cookies.
Preference cookies allow the website to remember information that changes the way the site looks or works, such as your preferred language or the region you are in.
d. Marketing cookies.
Marketing cookies are used to track users on websites. The goal is to display ads that are relevant and interesting to individual users and therefore more valuable to publishers and third-party advertisers.
Cookies stored on your device as a user of the Shop may also be used by entities cooperating with the Shop Operator, in particular the following companies: Google (Google Inc., based in the US), Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the US), Twitter (Twitter Inc., based in the US), Pinterest (Pinterest Inc., based in the US), TikTok (based in the UK).
As advertisers using Google’s services, we do not have access to the cookie data stored on your device, but we can target adverts at audiences we select, such as everyone who has visited our website (or a specific page or product on it) in the last 7 days.
You can find much more detailed information about marketing cookies on these organisations’ websites.
We also use (as part of our use of Google Ads and Google Analytics) the Google Tag Manager tool mentioned above. It enables us to manage advertising campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
2. Important marketing techniques.
We use statistical analysis of traffic on the Shop’s website via Google Analytics and Google Ads Conversion Tag (Google Inc., based in the USA), Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc., based in the USA), TikTok Pixel (TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, based in the UK), and Pinterest Pixel (Pinterest, Inc., based in the USA). We do not transfer personal data to the service provider; we only provide anonymised information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s device. When it comes to information about the User’s preferences gathered by the Google advertising network, the User may review and edit information derived from cookie files using the following tool:
- https://www.facebook.com/business/help/560982207646475

3. Links to our social media profiles, social media plugins.
On the Shop’s website, we also have links to our social media profiles, namely on Instagram and TikTok. These are icons with links that take you to the websites listed. You can find information on how a particular website processes your personal data in its privacy policy.
If you logged into one of the above-mentioned social media platforms before visiting our website, the platform’s Operator will be able to directly link your visit to our website to your profile on that platform.

If you do not want social media platforms to link the data collected during your visits to the Website directly to your profile on that platform, you must log out of that platform before visiting the Shop’s Website.
4. Legal issues relating to cookies.
The legal basis for our use of essential cookies (as listed above) is our legitimate interest, i.e. the right to operate a website that supports our business, and the need to ensure its security. The legal basis for our use of other cookies is your consent.
Your data collected via cookies will be processed and stored for the duration of use of the aforementioned IT technologies (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Pixel, etc.) or until you withdraw your consent in this regard. In the Cookiebot cookie management panel, which reappears on the Shop’s website, you can check how long specific cookies retain information after deleting them, or after visiting the Shop’s website in incognito mode.
5. Automated decision-making. Profiling.
Our use of cookies, particularly for behavioural advertising purposes, may involve what is known as profiling. This means that we can create a user profile based on the information we have collected (e.g. email address, order history, device type, technology used, frequency of visits) and, on that basis, make predictions about future purchases. This enables us to decide what content (including adverts) to display on our website and other websites. Your data as a user of the Shop’s website is subject to profiling; however, this will not have any legal consequences for you.
